Free shipping, on every order
CloudCo offers free standard shipping on every order to the destinations available at checkout, with no minimum order. Free shipping applies to a single item as well as our bundle offers. Available addresses are confirmed at checkout.
Shipping and delivery times
- Time to ship: orders ship in 2 to 7 days.
- Delivery after it ships: 8–15 business days.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Deliveries outside the United States can occasionally take longer because of customs processing, peak seasonal demand, weather or carrier disruption. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. If a delay affects your order, email support@jfaventuregroup.com for help and an updated estimate.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, tracking will be added to your order and included in your shipping notification. A newly created tracking number can take time to show the carrier's first scan.
Delivery details and customs
Please check your delivery address before placing your order and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Taxes and any duties collected at checkout are shown before payment. Customs requirements vary by destination, and any VAT, duties or customs charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delayed, missing or damaged orders
Email support@jfaventuregroup.com with your order number if a parcel is overdue, missing or damaged. We will investigate and help arrange an appropriate solution, including a free replacement or refund for a parcel that is lost or arrives damaged. Please keep photos and packaging where possible if an item arrives damaged. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected.
Optional order extras
Shipping Protection and Priority Order Processing are optional services, charged once per order and available only with a product order. They are not separate physical products and are not shipped.
Shipping Protection: $5.00 USD for priority customer support with delivery questions and issues. It does not add insurance, extend refund coverage or replace the support and remedies available without this extra.
Priority Order Processing: $6.00 USD to move your order ahead of standard orders in processing. Carrier delivery times remain the same and no specific dispatch or delivery date is promised.
Your checkout shows the applicable prices in your selected currency. If your whole order is cancelled or refunded before it ships, the extras are refunded with it. These extras do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
